"Over the Red Light District" proposes urban redevelopment models for the Red Light District Amsterdam. A non conventional architectural vision on vertical mixed models, making use of the up till now vacant upper floors of brothels. This vision aims for conservation and enhancement of the vivacity of the neighborhood.

Boundary Unlimited is founded by Tsaiher Cheng in 2009.

Tsaiher Cheng is an architect trained in both Taiwan and the Netherlands. After gaining her master degree in advanced architecture from the Berlage Institute, she has practiced in West 8 landscape design and urban planning office and De Architekten Cie. She is an intercultural urban researcher between East Asia and West Europe, as well as a designer capable in translating both values. Boundary Unlimited is an architectural design and urban policy consultation agency based in Amsterdam, fostering dialogues between West Europe and East Asian cities.
